Consultations

Initial consultations can take 60minutes.  More complex clients may need more than one  initial consultation.  If this occurs, fees will be charged based on time spent with the client.

Review consultations can take 30-45minutes.  Fees will be charged based on time spent with the client.

Payments

Full fee, Private health and Medicare clients are expected to pay  in full,  on the day.   PayID is the preferred choice for making payments otherwise an invoice can be requested. 

 NDIS participants (self and plan managed)- invoices will be  e-mailed after the appointment and payments are expected within 14 days of delivering the service.  Services can be withheld if payments are not made  within the time frame stated in the service agreement. 

Medicare  Rebate

Medicare rebates are available for clients on a Chronic Disease Management Plan developed by their GP

Fees need to be paid in full for the Medicare rebate to be processed.  

Private Health Rebate

Check with your Private Health insurance how much you are covered for Dietitian services.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NON NDIS CLIENTS

A minimum of 2 clear business days is required for all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.  A cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation will be charged for missed appointments or an appointment which is cancelled less than the minimum notice stated.
